Simplified arbitration
If your debt is of limited amount – currently less that €20,000 – and does not give rise to any difficulties, you can ask the application of an even more simple procedure
The procedure can be found under Article IX of the arbitration rules.
The provisions apply where the conflict fulfills the three following conditions:
1. it implicates only two persons
2. its interest shall not exceed the amount set by the scale
3. it relates to a debt that is certain, of a fixed amount and due.
