The costs of arbitration consist of administration costs and fees.
There is a scale for normal arbitration and one for simplified arbitration.
The costs and fees indicated below are pre-tax prices. The amount of VAT applicable may then be added.
Furthermore, the Arbitration Committee has discretionary power in accordance with the provisions of Article 38 of the Rules.
a. Administration costs
NB:The following sums, expressed in euros, are taxfree. Therefore the VAT should eventually be added according to the various rates and fiscal systems that are applied in the countries of Europe or other parts of the world.
The present scales apply to procedures started after september 15th 1999. Until december 31st 2001 the changes in the different moneys will be made in conformity with legal provisions.
Furthermore the Arbitration Committee, accordingly with clause 38 of the Arbitration Rules, has a power of ruling.
