You have received from CAREN a notice; you have to notify within one month your answer in writing containing
  • Your grounds for opposing the claimant's request.
  • Eventually your own demands (counterclaim)
  • Your submission as to the number and choice of the arbitrators, etc ...

IV. You may

 

  • By your own or accompanied by your consel assist the arbitration proceedings or be represented by a lawyer or any qualified counsel,

  • Participate (under the conditions fixed by the Rules) in

    • the designation of the sole arbitrator or of one (of three) arbitrators:

    • the choice of the place and language of arbitration

    • the determination of the applicable law

    • the fixing of the time limits
